Bullitt Communications office closure
We will be closing our office and working by telephone and computer from home beginning immediately and for the foreseeable future. We are doing this to try to safeguard you, our community and our staff from the COVID-19 virus.
We will continue to keep regular business hours, only from our respective homes. You should be able to reach us at 406-752-5374 between 9:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. We have on-call personnel who frequently check messages on the weekend and after hours.
We have installed chat functionality on bullittcomm.com and billing.bullittcomm.com. The chat widget is visible when a member of our staff is present and available.
You may continue to drop off your payment at our office under the labeled section of our front door. We will not be providing change for cash payments. We will be checking mail on a daily basis and remember that you can always pay via credit card at billing.bullittcomm.com. ACH payments are something we can do over the phone either monthly or on an as needed basis.
On a case by case basis, we will be making in person appointments at our location or yours as necessary. We will NOT be present in person if we have any symptoms of ANY cold, flu or virus. We ask you to please not invite us to an in person appointment if you are exhibiting any symptoms either. We will be wearing masks during that face to face meeting. The nice thing about an internet business is that we can perform 95% of our job without any face to face interactions.
With that being said, please understand that we LOVE to see you in person; it is one of the best parts of the job. If we are able to help prevent the spread of this virus in a small way, we have prevailed in our endeavors. Once this is over, we will be emailing and contacting you to inform you of “business as usual”.
Finally, effective Tuesday, 3/17/2020 we are dropping our overage fee from $12.00 to $6.00 per 75 Gb of data used. This will be effective during our office closure. Hopefully this will enable your young ones to attend school online without breaking the bank. The billing rate will begin accounting for data used as of Monday 3/16/2020 (we bill a day behind the accrued day). As we are having to reprogram our server to address this, please confirm that our invoicing is correct when and if you begin to receive new overages on or after Tuesday at 7 a.m.
In preparation for this, we ordered new bandwidth for our core. We expect it to be fulfilled sometime near the end of the month. In addition, we are adding more new sectors on our 3 Mile site to assist with some noted congestion in north west valley and the Kila areas.
Be Healthy and Safe!
P.S. Per medical professionals, the following are recommendations to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and other common colds and viruses:

2) Stay home from work when you have symptoms
3) Frequently clean surfaces which are touched often
